srodrig40 Oblique, the featured track gave me goosebumps.
A quivering songbird-esque saxophone drones a pathway into a wall of heavy fuzz. Did you have something to do with it, the 3rd track is an elegiac poem, that unfolds like a cautionary prayer. Overall, the weight of this album as a mainly instrumental project is prominent & exciting, but the fledgling saxophone of many tracks lends a gorgeously eerie quality to crashing cymbals & glacially elongated riffs. My fave Divide and Dissolve album thusfar! Favorite track: Denial.

Matt Wilkinson Why has it taken so long for anything like this to appear? Favorite track: Oblique.

pivic This album disintegrates my head and reassembles it. I'm not sure whether this album will hold up as a whole after repeated listens over time, but it's really, really good. To compare, I'll say it's like Explosions in the Sky mixed with slow black metal, with some clarinets from the 'Devs' soundtrack thrown in at some point. It's a very well-made album that bears a lot of gifts for a listener. A fresh air altogether,
